Request deletion of your FinCoreFlow account
FinCoreFlow is operated by FIN CORE FLOW (PRIVATE) LIMITED. You can make a request without installing the app or signing in.
1. Send your request
Email privacy@fincoreflow.com. Include your account email, whether you want the entire account or specific data deleted, and the business name if relevant. Do not include a password, sign-in link or identity document in the initial message.

2. Alternative in-app route
Manage / More → Account and privacy → Request account deletion.
New in-app deletion requests go to a private privacy queue, not a business support thread. Account and privacy is also available from the business-selection screen without an active workspace. You can always use email if you cannot sign in. A request previously submitted as an ordinary support ticket does not automatically become private.
3. Verification and handling
We aim to acknowledge privacy and account-deletion requests within three calendar days of receipt. Acknowledgement does not mean deletion is complete. We handle requests without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines; this acknowledgement target does not extend those deadlines.
We proportionately verify your identity and identify the account, session, notification, profile and business information covered by the request. Deletion or anonymisation applies to information that no longer needs to be retained. Signing out, suspending an account or uninstalling the app is not a substitute for deleting server-side data.
4. Information that may need to remain
Accounting and tax records, audit history, and information needed for security or legal claims may be retained for the applicable obligation. The period depends on the record, country and obligation; we do not promise one period for all records. We explain exceptions relevant to your request. Other users' and the business's required records are not erased without authority. Backup handling and copies you shared elsewhere are explained in the privacy policy.
