SMEs across the UAE, KSA, and the EU are stuck between two bad options: keep doing bookkeeping by hand, or buy an enterprise finance suite priced for companies ten times their size. Neither fits a growing business that just needs its documents turned into clean, exportable, audit-ready data.
FinCoreFlow closes that gap with structured OCR, ERP integration, and e-invoicing readiness — built for the compliance environments these teams actually operate in (GDPR, EN 16931, UAE FTA, KSA Fatoorah), not retrofitted to them.

Hafiz Ahmad is a finance automation professional with hands-on experience across ERP systems, bookkeeping operations, finance workflows, and practical business automation. Based in Finland for fifteen years, he brings a grounded understanding of how real finance teams work and how systems need to connect around them. He is now building FinCoreFlow, a finance automation platform for sole traders and growing organizations, guided by a simple belief: finance work should move from documents to decisions with less manual effort, stronger controls, and a clearer audit trail.
